The best thing about living on the farm
I grew up on a cattle ranch which is farm. Growing up in that atmosphere you learn a good work ethic as there is always something to be done. You learn about animals and the circle of life. You learn how to harvest a garden and to be available to your neighbors. It’s a hard life coming up like that but it made me the confident and self assured woman I am. This place is my home, my life. This is where was I born. Farm life is happy and contented of what we had. Every morning my parents go to rice field to cut or clean grasses, me and my siblings feeds chickens, ducks, and dogs. This are our routine every day. I always enjoy each day of my life and I am happy to do each work every day. It is like sitting in the same room as the creator. You rise before the sun begins breakfast for your family. I stroll outside with a hot cup of black coffee and watch the night become alive with the singing whistles and tweets as animals and insects rise for another beautiful day.
I do also help my brother to fetch water in the water well. Farm life is not just easy that everyone think, everyday of our life we need to shred to live and to have foods to eat. We live in this place peace and the people here are very approachable and kind to each others. I also help in the farm with my parents and I am proud that I know to work in the farm. Both of my parents are farmers they help each other to make our life to be good. It is the ability to live far from towns or cities, and much of the nonsense which occurs there. Rising early, taking the night shift of plowing or planting fields. It is staying up late canning from the garden, making meals for a family in time of need.
Our hands are hard and calloused, scars from deep cuts or burns scar our bodies, we ache from broken bones, and we honor our word. We are multigenerational people who know the farm comes first that people love to stay or live.
Other people here have a inset plant of corn, Banana and other plants or vegetables that they sell in the market. Every harvest time the people here are always helping each other. Mostly of the people in our place have a plantation of sugar cane and corn. We always wake up early to do our task everyday. Our clock every morning is the sound of the rooster.
Every day the people here are always busy with in their rice field, and other work. This place is very calming to live with. Mostly of the people lifestyle here is a busy and hectic one. Multitasking is pretty normal for us who live in farm.
Farm life is less stress than life in the city. The ambiance of the air was fresh and the atmosphere was very good in health. Our life here in farm was just simple we eat 3 times a day, and work for another to have foods to eat. Mostly of the people love to live in farm because the presence of the place was very nice and peaceful to live. This place is quite and far from any commotion. Less stress, less hassle and the presence of the place was relaxing.
Farm life is peaceful and happy the work is not just easy, we do it, and we do it without complaint because we are stewards of the land and good animals husbandry.
